There's something about sherry

You hear the word "sherry" and you instantly see suit jackets and old people with wrinkly lips wrapped around expensive etched crystal. BUT, have you tried it? As an apertif? It's often called a dessert wine, but a slightly chilled, extra dry sherry is a beautifully buzzy way to start a meal. You feel sort of "old money" sipping on your tulip glass. And all the sudden, some fuzzy record is playing in the back of your head and your tappin' your toe and life is SHERRY. Golden hued and viscous. You heard it here first, folks. Sherry is the new rose. It's time to graduate.
